David Muir, an American journalist, anchoring the ABC News magazine 20 years old, is most well-known as the co-anchor for World News Tonight With David Muir. With its animated gestures and funny videos of celebrities' news, the show has become America's most-watched newscast. Also, he is known for his Emmy-nominated show Made In America. His predecessor, Diane Sawyer's anchor of choice prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight. He has reported numerous evening specials on primetime ABC News some recent ones include Breaking Point: Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint: Refugees in America. His journeys have taken him to all places on earth and include Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti the Gulf of Mexico and many more. He's received several Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards along with honors and awards by the Associated Press.
